I literally started to cry at my local co-op when I came across your line. My daughter has severe food allergies - dairy, egg white, peanut and wheat. Basically unless I make it she can't eat it. I have prayed that someone somewhere would come up with a product that she could eat, that tasted great and that looked similar to "regular" foods such as your bagels. The Rye-less Bread tasted Great...The Best G/F Bread Product I have found in the Five (5) years. I've been on a G/F diet due to Celiac disease. I Assume the Original Sandwich Bread is good as well. This bread has the best texture I’ve tasted. Most G/F bread is dry, crumbly and breaks up easily and has little if no taste...

I just bought your cookies at a Whole Foods store in NJ and my kids love them! My kids are allergic to nuts, peanuts, eggs, wheat, casein, and corn so it seems almost impossible to buy store bought "stuff".
